Tentative Tour Reservation
Your tour will be held on a tentative basis based on availability when this form is received. If the tour is sold out, we will contact you. If paying by check, it must be received within 7 days of submitting this form (no later than 7 days prior to departure). If paying by credit card, you must call our office within three days of submitting the form or your reservation will be released.
Tour Policies
Reservations: We are now taking reservations for all 2024 tours. Please call to reserve your spot on any of our tours to ensure that you can receive a spot. 989-423-0524 ext 1. If all of our tour operators are on one of the phone lines it will send you to a voicemail. Please leave a message and you will be called back in the order that you called. (Please note: If you send in a check for deposit with a note to book a place on a tour, by the time we receive it in the mail, we may not have any spots available. It is best to call to get a real time reservation guaranteeing your place on the motorcoach.)
Deposits: All tours require a payment at point of purchase. These are deposits in good-faith that you will be on the tour that you are registering for. Day Trips: $50 Deposits, One Night Trips: $75 Deposits, Most Multi-Day Trips: $100 Deposit, The larger Multi-Day Trips, including airfare and out of area liabilities, such as Cruises-Alaska-West of Colorado-Canada-& Hawaii, have $200 Deposits. These deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of the work required to begin your registration.
Rates & Payments: Prices listed are per person rates. Multi day trips are priced S-Single, D-Double, T-Triple, and Q-Quad. Please make sure to write the date of the trip in the memo portion of your check, if sending a check for your payments. We accept cash, checks, cashier checks/money orders, and credit/debit card payments. Mail payment to JAG Motorcoach, 5730 Parker Rd, Gladwin MI 48624. (Please note if you choose to send in a check as a request for booking a reservation, without calling, we cannot guarantee a spot is available unless you call first and begin your reservation with one of our booking agents. At that point you have 10 days for us to receive you deposit.) We email all invoices after receiving payments. If you do not wish to supply an email address, then you forgo your receipt for payment and may call for information regarding your payments.
Seat Reservations: Seat reservations are secured when a payment has been received for the trip. There will be a $5 per person, per day, surcharge for these requests. These charges will be added to the overall total and must be paid with the final balance, to ensure your request. We can accommodate a limited number of seat reservations. Once the motorcoach is full, seat reservations may no longer be allowed to be added, unless it works in the favor of all clients who have already booked and paid for their tour. In these instances, please give the booking agents time to work through all seat requests before giving you an immediate answer.
Pick-up Information: Pick-up locations and departure times will be given on your payment invoices, at the time of the final balance payments, or over the phone at the point of booking/payments. Details about your pickup location such as the address will also be on your emailed invoices. We will also list your pick-up location on your in-depth trip itinerary for multi day trips, these are mailed approx. 6-8 weeks prior to your tour. We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early at your pick-up location in order for everyone to have time to load and get their luggage loaded on the coach.
Cancellation Policy: All trips require a nonrefundable deposit to secure a seat on the coach, payable by check within 10 days or at sign up with credit card. Once the final balance has been paid all trips are nonrefundable unless the vacancy can be filled by another paying client. Due to the nature of last-minute cancellations, we do our best to help you fill your spot, but it is not JAG’s responsibility to find someone to replace your cancellation. Casino day trips require full payment at registration due to the minimal cost involved and the work required to secure your Casino package at the point of reservation, and are always nonrefundable.
Trip Protection: JAG Motorcoach does not offer Trip Protection. However, if you are interested in purchasing trip protection, we recommend you contact your insurance provider or one of the on-line options such as insuremytrip.com or travelguard.com. We may offer trip protection in the future, but for now, we do not offer this additional service.
Disclaimer: JAG Motorcoach is not liable for damage to or loss of baggage or other property. Baggage and all other property will be handled at the passenger’s risk and only in an amount that can be conveniently carried in the storage areas of the charter coach. Any damage to the coach by the charter party will be charged by the carrier to the charter party. JAG Motorcoach reserves the right to substitute equipment if in our sole discretion a substitution is necessary.
