Visit the Michigan Dog Sled Discovery Center, where you’ll meet some of the canine race team that has summited & descended mountains, traveled in -60° temperatures, run across the frozen Bering Sea, & traveled all over North America together. Appreciate Oswald’s Bear Ranch, a remarkable sanctuary offering a rare, up-close look at majestic rescued black bears in a caring, natural setting.

Escape for a fun-filled getaway to Put-in-Bay, Ohio’s very own paradise on Lake Erie! Experience beautiful views, local charm, and island attractions where history, scenery, and fun meet. Cruise across Lake Erie aboard the Jet Express Ferry taking in sights as you arrive at this charming destination. Enjoy a guided island tour highlighting the best of Put-in-Bay, including a visit to the Heineman Winery for local wine tasting & the peaceful Butterfly House, a tropical oasis filled with colorful, free-flying butterflies.
With plenty of free time to explore, you’ll be able to wander the quaint shops, grab lunch at a local café, or simply relax taking in the island atmosphere. You’ll stay overnight at the Put-in-Bay Resort, enjoy the resort’s pool for the evening or shop the night away since you are just steps from the local action. This is the perfect location for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Before heading home, visit the Antique Car Museum, celebrating vintage automobiles, & enjoy a delicious lunch included on the Boardwalk overlooking the water. Enjoy an island tour via trolly, stop at the Heineman Winery & Butterfly house, free time for lunch & shopping on your own. Arrive at the Put-in-Bay Resort & relax for the night.
Thurs: Enjoy the morning on the island, tour the Old Car Museum with lunch included on the Boardwalk. Ride the Jet Express Ferry back to the mainland, shop at Bergman Orchards, shop at Cabela’s, return home.
